Lab Fee(s) and Fragrance Development Deposit(s) are used to pay for the samples that we supply and the purchase of the fragrance compound on completion of a fragrance development project. In the event that the project is abandoned, the remaining balance may be applied to any hard goods offered by TPS LA within three (3) months — raw materials, bottles, etc. Deposits are non-refundable.
